The standard sales tax of 8.75% applies to all purchases. Gratitude is always
up to the costumer based on the performance of our team during your event.

How long have you been in business/ doing catering?

We have been part of our local events for over 20 years.

Can I create a costume menu/ if I want an item, which is not included in the package, can you accommodate that?

Yes, we can accommodate any type of modification to our menu that would
better serve your needs. However, some changes may be considered an
upgrade with an applicable surcharge.

Is the food cooked the same day at the restaurant or on site?

We offer both types of services.

Do you take care of the clean up?

Yes, but it needs to be previously arranged.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request the standard 20% non-refundable deposit.

How long in advance I have to book the date?

Our catering booking operates on a first come first serve basis. You usually
want to have the date booked two weeks in advance.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, no problem.
